Returns

Items can be returned and/or exchanged in the following cases:

  • Upon receipt, the product is damaged or in poor condition, including damage during transportation.
  • The product does not match the model of your motorcycle.

It is essential that the products you wish to exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.


It is the customer's responsibility to package the items properly (preferably in their original packaging) so that Bosatta srl ​​receives them in perfect condition. Items can be sent back using the same package in which the order was received. Each returned product must be accompanied by Bosatta packaging. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the requested return. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. unless they have manufacturing defects.


PRODUCT CHANGE

To exchange a product, the customer must fill out the form at the link below. Our team will send a confirmation whether the exchange process can be started or not and will guide the customer through the relevant steps.

The item must be shipped to: Bosatta srl, Via Duca Degli Abruzzi 51, 25124 Brescia (Italy).


Once the product is received and has passed the verification checks, we will send the new item according to the standard delivery procedure.

If the item is replaced with a lower priced product, the price difference will be refunded via the payment platform used for the order. If, however, the price of the new product is higher, the difference must be paid by the customer using one of the payment methods indicated in the dedicated section.


RETURN

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 (the 'Consumer Code'), you have the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated with the seller without incurring any penalty and without having to provide any reason. After completing the exchange and return form, the support team will send a confirmation and provide the customer with all the necessary instructions to return the product. The package to be shipped must contain the duly completed Exchange and Return Form, together with the Bosatta packaging. The shipping address is: Bosatta srl, Via Duca Degli Abruzzi 51, 25124 Brescia (Italy).

Once the package arrives at our facilities, our staff will check that the product is in good condition and not damaged. If the product is eligible for a refund, Bosatta srl ​​will send a confirmation email informing the customer of the refund processing times, which are usually about 2-3 working days. The price will be refunded through the payment platform used by the customer. Returning products is free, but the customer will have to pay the shipping costs.

Bosatta cannot be held responsible for any loss or problems that may occur during shipping. Therefore, the customer must ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

Customized products are not eligible for a refund.

Time limits for exchanges or returns

The customer can exchange or return the product within a maximum period of 20 days from the date of delivery of the order.
