Return

Items can be returned and/or exchanged in the following cases:

  • When the product is received, it is damaged or in poor condition, including damage during transportation.
  • The product does not correspond to the model of your motorcycle.

It is essential that products you want to exchange or return are in perfect condition and without any evident signs of having been used. Otherwise, the product shall not be exchanged or returned. It is the customer's responsibility to properly pack the items (preferably in their original packaging) so that Bosatta srl receives them in perfect condition. Items can be sent back using the same package in which the order was received. Each returned product must be accompanied by the Bosatta packaging. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to process the return you request. Customised products cannot be returned or exchanged. unless they show manufacturing defects.

Exchanges

In order to exchange a product, customer must fill in the form at the link below. Our team will send a confirmation of whether the exchange process can be started or not, and will guide the customer through the relevant steps.

The item must be shipped to: Bosatta srl, Via Duca Degli Abruzzi 51, 25124 Brescia (Italy).

After the product is received and passes the verification checks, we will send the new item according to the standard delivery procedure.

If the item is exchanged with a lower-priced product, the price difference will be refunded through the payment platform used for the order. On the contrary, should the price of the new product be higher, the difference must be paid by the customer following one of the payment options mentioned in the dedicated section.

Returns

Under Article 52 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6th September 2005 (the 'Consumer Code'), you have the right to withdraw from the agreement entered into with the seller without incurring any penalty and without the need of giving any reason. After filling in the exchange and return form, the support team will send a confirmation and give the customer all the necessary instructions to return the product. The package to be shipped must include the Exchange and Return Form duly filled-in, along with the Bosatta packaging. The shipping address is: Bosatta srl, Via Duca Degli Abruzzi 51, 25124 Brescia (Italy).

Once the package arrives at our facilities, our staff will check that the product is in good condition and not damaged. If the product is eligible for refund, Bosatta srl will send a confirmation email informing the customer of the refund processing time, which usually takes around 2-3 business days.  The price will be refunded through the payment platform used by the customer. Product returns are free, but the customer will have to pay for shipping costs.

Bosatta shall not be held liable for any loss or issues that may occur during shipping. Therefore, the customer must ensure that the package arrives at our facilities in perfect condition.

Customised products are not eligible for a refund.

Time terms for exchanges or returns

The customer can exchange or return the product within a maximum period of 20 days from the delivery date of the order.
